Who We Are

Hi there 👋

We're Tiffany and James owners of Pristine Mountain Clean, a locally owned and operated short-term rental cleaning company in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Our journey began years ago on our third wedding anniversary, during a stay in a cozy cabin called Romantic Hideaway, It was our first time visiting the Smokies, and we instantly fell in love with the mountains the quiet, the beauty, and the welcoming cabin experience. We left with such deep respect for the property, the cleaning team, and the guests who would follow that we couldn't stop talking about it for the entire seven-hour drive home to Illinois.

Before we even unpacked, we knew this was where our future was headed. A few short months later, we returned this time with our dogs, a U-Haul, and a dream ready to call Tennessee home.

After settling in and getting a job with another local cleaning company, we quickly realized that quantity was being valued over quality. Properties were forced to be rushed, and that just didn't sit right with us. We knew we could offer something better a cleaning service that valued integrity, detail, and genuine care for both guests and property owners.

That's how Pristine Mountain Clean was born 🌄

We take pride in providing five-star cleaning services, maintaining open communication, and treating every cabin as if it were our own. We intentionally limit the number of properties we service so each one receives the time, attention, and care it deserves.
